Engineering Career Centre
The Engineering Career Centre (ECC) is located at 45 Willcocks Street, 2nd Floor (NEW COLLEGE).
The ECC serves engineering students in a number of ways.
- Works closely with industry representatives to develop strong relationships
- Liaises with recruiting managers to ensure that U of T Engineering students have access to many engineering job opportunities, including full-time Professional Experience Year (PEY) positions
- Offers Career Counselling, which focuses on providing students with advice and guidance in resume and cover letter writing, job search techniques and interview strategies
- Coordinates and hosts an array of invaluable events, such as: career fairs, employer information sessions and professional development seminars
- Maintains a database of job postings for students in a variety of engineering fields; ranging from part-time to full-time to summer employment opportunities
