Health Services

Health Service offers a wide range of services for University of Toronto students. The health team includes Family Physicians, Registered Nurses, a Community Health Coordinator, a Health Promotion Nurse, a Dietitian, a Lab Technician, Support Staff, and Peer Health Educators.

What services do they offer?

Services include comprehensive medical assessment, care/treatment, counselling, dressing-care, sexual health care and immunization, to name a few.

How do I book an appointment?

To be able to take advantage of the online appointment booking, you will need to go into the clinic to complete a Patient Acknowledgement and Agreement form. Once you’ve done that, just visit the online booking system at myhealthserviceuoft.com/

Psychiatric Service

The Psychiatric Service offers University of Toronto students assessment, consultation and treatment for a wide range of emotional and psychological problems, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression and substance abuse. The clinical staff possess expertise in a wide variety of therapeutic methods, including individual, couple and group psychotherapy.

What sort of therapy is provided?

There is no one approach or treatment which is suited to all individuals or types of problems. The decision about approaches and goals is made by the student and the clinician. Some treatment approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Supportive Psychotherapy, and Pharmacotherapy.

You don’t need a referral to book an appointment. Just call 416-978-8070 or come in person.
